How long does shipping take?
All of our gourmet popcorn is popped fresh in small batches right here in Nevada, Iowa before it goes into the box. Orders typically process within 1 to 2 business days, and nationwide transit usually takes 3 to 5 days depending on the destination.
Can I place a large order for corporate gifts or clients?
Absolutely! We specialize in bulk gifting, especially around the holidays. If you are sending tins to multiple different addresses, do not worry about trying to enter them all into the online checkout. Just give the bakery a call and ask for Brenda—we will handle your entire shipping spreadsheet for you.
How long does the popcorn stay fresh?
Because we seal our popcorn in bags immediately after popping, your popcorn will stay deliciously crispy and fresh for up to eight weeks in our resealable bags. (Though we usually hear it gets eaten long before then!)
Can I earn and use rewards points on both bakery items and popcorn?
In-Store: Yes! When you visit us in person, your loyalty points earned in-store apply to everything under our roof—bakery treats, coffee, and gourmet popcorn alike.
Online: Because our local bakery pickup menu and our nationwide shipped popcorn shop operate on two separate online systems, their points are kept separate. (They don't play well together.)
In-store & online bakery rewards only apply to bakery pickup orders and in-store purchases. Online popcorn points only apply to shipped popcorn.
