How far in advance do I need to order a custom cake?
Since every single cake is baked from scratch and custom-designed, our calendar fills up very quickly. We recommend reaching out at least 2 to 3 weeks in advance for birthday or celebration cakes, and 3 to 6 months in advance for weddings.
Do you offer delivery for custom cakes?
At this time, we do not offer delivery for custom bakery orders. All custom cakes must be picked up directly from our bakery in historic downtown Nevada during our normal business hours. When you arrive, we will ensure your cake is securely boxed and ready for safe transport in your vehicle!

CAKE PICTURES - We photograph our cakes, and we reserve the right to use any photographs for display or promotional uses without compensation to you, and/or without your permission.
FOOD ALLERGIES - Our products may contain or come into contact with milk, wheat, nuts, and other allergens. You agree to notify your guests of this risk and hold us harmless for allergic reactions.
NON-EDIBLE ITEMS - Bricktown Bakery will not be responsible for any non-edible items (silk flowers, pearls, ribbons, etc.) placed on your cake. All non-edible items are to be provided by you; we will gladly decorate and place these items on your cake as you wish, however it is your responsibility to remove them before the cake is consumed.
UNAVOIDABLE OCCURRENCE - In the case of an unavoidable occurrence, such as a car accident, sick employee, poor road conditions, weather conditions, traffic during delivery etc. Bricktown Bakery CANNOT be held liable for more than the price of the cake ordered.
PICKING UP YOUR CAKE - When you pick up your cake you should make sure that you have a clean, flat, “non-slip” surface, in an air conditioned area, to transport your cake while driving. If you are in a car, the floor is generally safer than the seat. Custom cakes are sometimes either too large or irregularly shaped to fit in a cake box so you need to take special care to protect them. Once you leave with the cake it is no longer the responsibility of Bricktown Bakery.
