Why our coffee tastes different
It starts with the water. Before we bought an espresso machine, we invested in the best reverse-osmosis water system we could afford. We filter the water completely, then add back the minerals, like magnesium and calcium, that make coffee taste its best. Coffee is mostly water, and you can taste the difference.
Beans from Iowa roasters we trust. Our espresso comes from Council Oak Coffee Roasters in Sioux City. Their Prospect Hill blend is smooth and consistent, cup after cup.
Pulled on a Rocket. Every shot is pulled to order on our Italian-made Rocket Espresso Milano machine. No pods, no shortcuts.
