Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the websites for Bricktown Bakery and Bricktown Popcorn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
Online Ordering and Fulfillment
We operate two distinct online ordering systems to best serve our customers:

Local Pickup: Bakery items ordered through our Toast platform are for local pickup only at our shop in Nevada, Iowa. Please verify your pickup time and date before finalizing your order.

Nationwide Shipping: Gourmet popcorn ordered through our Wix storefront is available for shipping. Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on the carrier.
Returns and Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of our freshly baked goods and gourmet popcorn, we do not accept returns. If there is an issue with your order—such as missing items or damage during shipping—please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we will work with you to make it right.
Loyalty Programs
We offer two separate online loyalty programs: Online Bakery Rewards (processed via Toast) and Online Popcorn Perks (processed via Wix).

Online Bakery Rewards may only be redeemed for online bakery pickup orders.

Online Popcorn Perks may only be redeemed for shipped popcorn orders.

To combine and redeem points across both menus, purchases must be made in-person at our physical storefront.
